For our Client Department, based in Bordeaux, we are currently recruiting a research manager
Working within the Customer Department under a Group Leader, you will carry out studies autonomously, acting as a “project manager”. You will be the customer’s key contact person and have responsibility for the internal coordination of the study. Your role will encompass all aspects of the development of the project up to and including presentation of the recommendations to the customer.
Accordingly, you will receive the customer brief, ensure that everything needed to understand the question is available, then draft the project and budget in collaboration with the account manager. Our agile organisation facilitates working on different customer accounts across different account management teams from diverse sectors in FMCG, or Beauty / Luxury goods. You will liaise with the Operations Department (scripting, field, processing) to coordinate the various stages of production. You will create the questionnaires and processing plans, then validate everything required to process the study (coding grids, sample structure).
Your analysis of the results will feed into a summary report and an oral presentation that will include pertinent marketing recommendations to inspire our customers.
We are looking for a committed, organised and meticulous individual who is able to analyse and summarise quickly, maintains good working relationships with the customer and is a team player. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in research institutes as a quantitative researcher.
A perfect command of English is essential (ability to present, pitch and negotiate in English).
