After 20 years’ experience at Nielsen in data management, client relations and organisational transformation posts, Hélène took up the direction of the client service pole, covering both operations and research. She’s also our Data Protection Officer for all GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) aspects.
Data, Innovation & Technology Pole Director
Mathilde unites a scientific background with 15 years’ experience in research. She leads the data/inno/techno department to guarantee the solidity and quality of data services and to work on new approaches (behavioural sciences, modelization, VR, etc.) to make our learnings ever more meaningful.
Sustainability & Communication Director
With over 24 years of experience in marketing research, Delphine holds multiple roles within the company, including driving sustainable business development. She also ensures transparent communication about the company’s commitments and works to enhance its positive impact on society and the environment. Delphine is a board member of Adetem and a member of the Responsable By Adetem collective.
Human Resources Director
After 12 years’ experience in the operational provision of research, Gaëlle has turned towards the responsibilities of HR (Human Resources) management, then Human Resources Direction, accompanying the management of our teams during the company’s development and transformation on a daily basis.
Chief Financial Officer
First as the management controller, then as the head of finance of a subsidiary of Groupe M6, Romain arrived with the mission of setting up an ERP. Today, his main missions consist monitoring our financial health, while acting as the business partner of our operational departments.

With 15 years of international IT experience, Richard has worked in sectors such as marketing, entertainment, and analytical laboratories. Currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Strategir, he ensures the company’s information systems are evolving, reliable, and secure, supporting the teams while achieving the organization’s strategic goals.

With over 16 years of experience in market research within the Consumer Goods sector, Zeina specializes in supporting clients in the Personal Care/Beauty industry. She leverages her expertise to address their business and innovation challenges, providing tailored solutions with a genuine partnership approach.

With 20 years’ experience in ad-hoc marketing research and packaging issues, Cécile has an in-depth knowledge of research into consumer behaviours and mixes. She will accompany you as closely as possible to provide you with tactical and actionable recommendations.

Engineer, graduated in 2014 from the Agro Institute Rennes-Angers, Camille is a product testing specialist (pure quantitative or hybrid). Dedicated contact of the R&D services, she guides her client with a 360 product vision at the junction of consumer science, marketing, sensory analysis and cognitive sciences.

Anne-Sophie has experience in agro-food marketing with Unilever and Lactalis, as well as in research and innovation consulting. She brings expertise in brand management and innovation leadership, with a comprehensive view of the industry both in France and internationally.
