Emmanuel has held posts as an Organisational Consultant, Human Resources Director and a Corporate Secretary, before joining Strategir. In addition to leading the group’s strategy, his priorities are to adapt the organisation and provide the means to develop robust skillsets. Emmanuel is also a Director of Syntec.

Mathilde unites a scientific background with 15 years’ experience in research. She leads the data/inno/techno department to guarantee the solidity and quality of data services and to work on new approaches (behavioural sciences, modelization, VR, etc.) to make our learnings ever more meaningful.

First as the management controller, then as the head of finance of a subsidiary of Groupe M6, Romain arrived with the mission of setting up an ERP. Today, his main missions consist monitoring our financial health, while acting as the business partner of our operational departments.

With his long experience in research institutes, Pascal joined Strategir 20 years ago. He has managed statistical treatment teams, scripting and data collection. He has now taken charge of the ISD (Information Systems Direction) and its conformity with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
